1984 Rolex Ref. 16808 Submariner. Matte black dial is clean and print remains bold. Hands have aged to a warm camel color and are free from cracking. Watch remains in unpolished condition and running at +10 at 267 amplitude. 10 links on bracelet (H date code). Endlinks slightly tweaked from prior owner wearing too loose over the years. Rolliworks quoted $600 to correct. Crystal shows some abrasions between 4-5 o’clock. All in all this is a killer gold sub with tons of character and very good bones. Getting very hard to find cases like this and dial and hand set are among the best I’ve seen.
