As with most things Rolex, the early “mistakes” are usually the best versions of their respective references. The MK1 bezel, which was received as being too far off from the traditional blue and red bezel of earlier generations, is no different. This incarnation features a more pastel color scheme – the blue portion featuring purple tones and the red more pink than current production models. As this was quickly corrected these first MK1 bezel were produced for a very short period.
This particular example remains in great shape. Watch comes complete down to the original pice tag. Card dated 6/27/2018. Fully linked bracelet.
